Any order made by a Client on the site www.mamieetmoi.com automatically implies acceptance of these terms of sale by the Client.
www.mamieetmoi.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet, open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as "surfer"). It is published by ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC, capital 5000 euros, whose registered office is at 34 rue du Verger, L-2665 Luxembourg, registered at the Luxembourg Trade Register under number B187002.

The Website enables ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC to offer for sale children’s textiles and accessories manufactured by and/or for ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC under the registered trademark "Mamie et Moi" to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter "Clients"). For the purposes hereof, it is agreed that the Client and ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC will be referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as "Party", and that the Client has approved an order will be referred to as "Purchaser".
ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC reserves the right to modify at any time the present general conditions of sale by posting a new version on the Site. The general terms and conditions applicable are those in effect at the time of placing the order.
Article 1. Object
These general conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from the online sale of products offered on the website, they apply to the exclusion of any other document.
Article 2. Products & Prices
Only products appearing on the Site at the time of consultation by the Client are for sale. Product offers are limited to member countries of the European Union. Product offers and prices are valid within the limits of available stocks, as they are visible on the site.
In addition to photographs reproduced and illustrating the products presented, the client is invited to consult the description of each product to know its characteristics. Photos, descriptions and characteristics are chosen to better inform the Client about the product. Nevertheless, the photos are not contractual. Mamie et Moi’s products are created by hand by our knitters and variations can be found among our products.

Article 2.2 Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros all taxes included. The prices are those appearing on the Site at the time of ordering.The participation fee for costs of preparation and delivery will be communicated to the Client on the order summary before validating it. On this subject, see the chapter "Shipping & Costs."
Article 3. Order
Article 3.1: Identification on the site
At the time of placing the order, the Clients will be asked to identify themselves with their email address and password if they already have a Client account or to create an account on www.mamieetmoi.com if the Client does not yet have an account.
The Client has access to the section “My account” on the website, where it is possible to change his personal information and password. The Client is solely responsible for the information of his account and its password. ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC cannot be held liable in case of loss or improper use. In case of a forgotten password, the Client may use the "Forgot your password?" button on the login page. An email will be sent to him with a new password that he can change once logged into the client area on the website.
3.2. Placing an order
The Client can choose and order the different products of his choice by clicking "Add to Cart". At any time the Client may:
- Check the number of products contained in the cart and get detailed information on each of them by clicking on the icon "My Basket".
-Continue to select Products by clicking on the button "Continue shopping".
- Complete his order by clicking the "Order" button.
Any new Client must fill in the fields that are available to create an account. The Client must accurately complete the form made available, on which he mentions in particular the information necessary for identification, including a valid email address and a password of his choice (which will be personal and confidential) and which will be used later to identify him to the site.
Any Client that already has an account must identify themselves after clicking "Order" by entering the email address and password.
The Client agrees that these two identifiers are used as proof of identity. The provision of personal information collected in connection with distance selling is required. This information is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders and for preparing invoices. This information is strictly confidential.
After placing the order, and once all required information has been completed by the Client, the latter cannot access the next step without taking cognizance of the Terms & Conditions which he certifies by checking the adequate box. After this first step, a summary page corresponding to the order summary appears on the screen. Here the Client can change the provided information.
This page displays:
- the Client's billing address
- the delivery address
- a summary of the order (nature, quantity and price of the products)
- the total amount of the order excluding the option(s)
- a gift option (products presented in a gift pouch)
- the lump sum contribution to the costs of preparation and delivery.
3.3. Order confirmation
After reading the summary order, the Client clicks on "I confirm my order" to confirm the order.
The confirmation of the order summary and the acknowledgment that results are an electronic contract. This contract is proof of the entire order and payment due pursuant to that order. Once he has validated his order, the Client becomes Purchaser.
ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC reserves the right not to accept the order if:
- Litigation(s) exist(s) with the Purchaser
- Full or partial Non-payment of a previous order by the Purchaser
- Refusal of authorization of payment by credit card banking institutions.
The price payable by the Purchaser is the amount shown on the order summary, which the Client has read before submitting the order. The price is then noted in the payment summary document sent by email to the email address of the Purchaser by ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC.
By credit card : thanks to STRIPE payment solution, you can pay on line with your credit /debit card.
By bank transfer: You can pay the amount of your order by bank transfer to the order of Mamie et Moi

3.5. Acknowledgment of the order
After the payment, a summary document of the order is sent to the Purchaser by email to the email address specified by him and at the latest before the delivery. This document of acknowledgment contains all the elements of the contract between the parties. The order is recorded in the records of ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC in a secure and durable form. The Purchaser agrees it that it is considered proof of the contractual relationship between the Parties. The unavailability of a product will be reported to the Purchaser by email or telephone, if they provide a telephone number, as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
Article 4. Delivery
Our products may be available in stock and also by special order. In the second case, we will send your package within 3 weeks maximum. You will be notified by email on the day of shipment.
4.1 Delivery Fees
If your order total is €80 or more, delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg and Metropolitan France will be free.
For all other cases, the delivery charges are:
Luxembourg : Delivery in Point Relais via Mondial Relay for 4,5 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 5 euros.
France : Delivery in Point Relais via Mondial Relay for 6 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 15 euros.
Belgium: Delivery in Point Relais via Mondial Relay for 6 euros OR Home delivery via Mondial Relay for 7 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 15 euros.
Spain :Delivery in Point Relais via Mondial Relay for 9 euros OR Home delivery via Mondial Relay for 12 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 15 euros.
Germany :envoi à domicile via Mondial Relay pour 11,5 euros OU envoi par la Post avec suivi pour 15 euros.
United Kingdom :Home delivery via Mondial Relay for 12,5 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 15 euros.
Portugal, Austria and Italy :Home delivery via Mondial Relay for 15 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 15 euros.
Suisse and other European countries : Shipping Post without "follow me" option for 10 euros OR Shipping Post with "follow me" option for 15 euros.
For the other countries of the world : Registered parcel -Shipping Post for 17 euros.
NB : Mamie et Moi can not be held responsible if customs charges are applied in the country of delivery.
4.1. Delivery Times
The delivery of articles purchased on mamieetmoi.com is made by a private transport company or by Post. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) between 9:00 and 18:00 within 24 hours of receipt of payment of the order (excluding items available only by special order for which a specific delivery time will be provided to the Client upon validation of the order). Your package will usually be delivered from 1 to 4 days.

Products ordered by the Purchaser are delivered only to the address specified by the Purchaser, accompanies with a delivery slip showing the contribution of the Purchaser in the cost of delivery. The Purchaser has the ability to deliver the products to another address as his own. Delivery times are provided as an indication and any delay will not lead to damages or to withholding or cancellation of an order from the Client. The products are delivered to the address specified by the Client when ordering. Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be indicated on the delivery note and be accompanied by the signature of the Client.
Article 5. Receipt of the order
Upon receipt of the order, the Purchaser shall verify the conformity of the Products received as part of the order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (i.e.: Products missing or damaged, damaged packages) must be made known within 7 days of receipt of the Products to the Client service of ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC at the following address:

Except for a legitimate reason, any claims made after 7 days following receipt of the Products shall be deemed inadmissible and ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC cannot hold responsibility. ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC reserves the right to require the Purchaser to return the nonconforming or damaged product. In case of abnormal or excessive returns, ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC can refuse to accept a further order.
Here is the procedure to be followed in this case:
As soon as you notice a defect or non-conformity of a product, we ask you to send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible. For efficient processing of your request, please indicate in your email your name, your first name, Client number and your order number. In your email, explain as clearly as possible the reason for your return request. Feel free to attach photos if you deem it necessary.
Upon receipt of your email, we will process your request and send you a return authorization number.
Upon receipt of the return number, we invite you to prepare the return package stating your return number on a sheet of paper inside the package. Include the product to be returned and the relevant receipt.Items must be received in the same condition as when you received them, that is to say, in their original packaging, neatly folded and without having been tried. Items received retouched, washed, incomplete, damaged, soiled or not accompanied by their original labels and accessories will not be accepted back.
Any packages returned without a return number will be refused and we will not accept any responsibility for the package.
Article 6. Revocation right
The Purchaser has a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt to return at his own expense and without motive, the Product(s) he ordered. Product(s) must be returned, after opening, in their original condition and packaging to the following address: ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC– 34 rue du verger L-2665 Luxembourg and be accompanied by a right of return or a return number.
If the above conditions are met, ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC will reimburse the Purchaser the full amount of the order, within thirty (30) days after receipt by ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC of the Product(s), with the exception of the return costs of the Product(s), which are the responsibility of the Purchaser.
This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except the cost of return transportation. The Purchaser will have the option of requesting either credit on their account for future purchases or a refund for the items (shipping costs to be deducted), or an exchange (return postage paid by the Client). Items must be received in the same condition as when you received them, that is to say, in their original packaging, neatly folded and without having been tried on. Items received retouched, washed, incomplete, damaged, soiled or not accompanied by their original labels and accessories will not be accepted back.
Article 7 : Data processing and personal information
7.1. Personal information
Personal information is processed by ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC for the purpose of managing the client relationship and future prospects. To allow you to receive offers from our partners, we may need to share this information with them. According to the law, the Client has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data. To exercise this right, the Client must send a letter to the following address: ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC, Internet Service, 34 rue du verger L-2665 Luxembourg.
7.3. Web beacons
Certain webpages of the Site may contain web beacons used to count the number of visitors to the Site and/or to provide ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC with a certain number of indicators. These Web beacons may be used with some of our partners, particularly to measure and improve the effectiveness of the Site.
In any event, the information obtained through these beacons is strictly anonymous and can simply gather statistics on traffic to certain pages of the Site, in order to better serve the Clients of our Site.
Article 8. Other stipulations
8.1. Force majeure
ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC will not be responsible for any delay or non performance of its contractual obligations relating to our contract with the Client if such failure or delay results from any circumstance or event beyond our reasonable control: force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of Luxembourg courts.
ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC will notify the Client/Purchaser of an event of force majeure, within 5 working days of its occurrence.
The Parties agree to consult promptly to determine how to process the order during the period of force majeure.
Beyond a period of (a) 1-month interruption in the case of force majeure, the parties shall be released from their obligations towards each other. Where appropriate, ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC will reimburse the Purchaser promptly.
8.2. Entire Agreement
These general conditions of sale and order summary sent to the Purchaser form a contract summarizing the entire agreement between the parties.
8.3. Preservation and archiving of transactions
The archiving of invoices is made in a reliable and sustainable manner to correspond to an exact and durable copy.
8.4. Law – Competent Courts
These general conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC and the Client/Purchaser are subject to Luxembourg law. In case of dispute the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction. ALEXANDRE-PICCO SeNC will, however, seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
